Received South Africa on 4m, TEP or F2?

Yesterday TEP/F2 (?) opening on 6m, received TJ TR ZS stations calling around 50.110. The ZS beacon on 50044 was audible for around 90′.

On 70 MHz no beacon received from south, but catched a (quite) clear CW CQ from ZS6WAB on 70.200, the audio file is crack and pop due to rain falling, but the tone is clear for trained ears, it’s quite low on frequency around 4-500Hz and the message is “CQ CQ CQ DE ZS6WAB ZS6WAB K”

Click here for the audio file.

If it was F2 propagation, I think it was first recorded event on 4m band.
